Our Program
We offer a comprehensive leadership program to youth and young adults through a combination of learning and hands on experiences.
The 5C's of Leadership

Character – This is the most important leadership quality. Leaders must be able to inspire others to trust them, say what they mean, and mean what they say.

Communication – Leaders must be able to communicate effectively in interpersonal, group, and public contexts. They are also capable of using their communication skills to develop relationships, establish credibility, and influence others.

Competence – Great leaders are very skilled in what they do and have the proper balance of depth and breadth of subject-matter expertise to enable them to develop a vision and a properly-scoped focus, and execute on that vision.

Commitment – Good leaders lead by example. They have a strong sense of responsibility and self-discipline, take tasks given to them seriously and execute these tasks responsibly.

Caring – Effective leaders have a strong sense of servanthood. They are recognized as giving to their community and being generous in sharing their time, expertise, personal support, and positive attitude to further something larger than themselves.
